Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Oversee terminal pickups, deliveries, and service maintenance for owned assets.
  • Manage equipment and driver availability and maintain communication with drivers, customers, and central dispatch.
  • Lead drivers and dock staff to ensure performance and presentation standards are met.
  • Ensure all operational tasks align with company and legal standards.
  • Provide operations support at the local terminal level and ensure day-to-day functions are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the terminal during the Terminal Manager's absence.
