- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business analysis.

- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Analyze and clarify business requirements and service requests related to applications and IT systems.
- Understand business needs through discussions and interviews with relevant stakeholders and, where required, collect and analyze quantitative data.
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable requirements for technical teams.
- Assess the impact of requested changes on existing applications, systems, and integrated solutions.
- Identify the appropriate application modules and components where requirements can be implemented, taking into consideration the agreed architecture and scope.
- Collaborate closely with developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support the definition, clarification, and prioritization of requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the delivery process.
- Work with JIRA and Confluence for requirements, documentation, and task management.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and the technical implementation.
- Contribute to the analysis and documentation of integrated software solutions and application ecosystems.
