- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or five or more years of sales experience is required.
- A track record of achieving sales goals is required.
- A valid driver's license and readiness to travel are required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships are required.
Responsibilities
- Organize, plan, and manage the assigned territory using strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
- Present mutually beneficial transportation solutions to ideal customers in a consultative capacity.
- Develop long-lasting relationships with all levels of the customer's organization.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct regular on-site visits, business reviews, pricing negotiations, and off-site entertainment activities.
- Partner with operations and service teams to create reliable customer experiences.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate reporting.
- Participate in special projects.
- Use sales technology to prepare and plan for the sales day.
