About the job

Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or AI.
  • A proven track record of driving pipeline or revenue, not just leads.
  • Experience working in a sales-led motion, ideally with mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Experience building programs from scratch rather than only optimizing existing channels.
  • Ability to operate without cookie-cutter playbooks and take initiative to test ideas and uncover opportunities.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing day-to-day.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, conversion, and attribution.
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve speed, personalization, and output.
  • Strong partnership with sales, with a shared focus on revenue outcomes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product marketing and content.
Responsibilities
  • Own and drive qualified pipeline creation across inbound and outbound-assisted channels.
  • Build and execute full-funnel programs aligned to the enterprise sales motion, focusing on revenue impact rather than only marketing-qualified lead volume.
  • Translate company positioning into campaigns, outbound narratives, and paid and organic programs.
  • Design and execute rapid experiments across channels, audiences, and offers; develop hypotheses, measure performance, and scale what works.
  • Identify and unlock new sources of pipeline, including paid, account-based marketing, partnerships, and outbound support.
  • Use AI and modern tooling to scale personalization, content, and campaign velocity.
  • Automate workflows across marketing and sales to improve efficiency and impact, and explore new tools and approaches to modern go-to-market.
  • Create scalable playbooks for pipeline generation and campaign execution.
  • Improve funnel conversion and performance over time.
  • Partner with sales to optimize handoffs, feedback loops, and revenue outcomes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience marketing to product, technology, transformation, or portfolio leaders.
  • Familiarity with Strategic Portfolio Management or related categories.
  • Experience with account-based marketing, outbound-assisted growth, or enterprise go-to-market strategies.
  • Comfort working with data, systems, or light technical tooling.

What believers are saying

  • Dragonboat's 2026 website positions Portfolio Intelligence as a direct ROI accelerator.
  • The company says AI agents detect risks and recommendations across strategy and execution.
  • Its platform targets outcome-driven portfolio management, a painful enterprise problem with budget authority.

What critics are saying

  • Productboard, Aha!, Asana, Airtable, and Jira crowd Dragonboat's 2026 buyer shortlist.
  • Only 52 employees in May 2026 leaves Dragonboat exposed to slower enterprise sales.
  • If agentic product-ops buyers reject a standalone layer, Dragonboat becomes a feature, not a company.

What makes dragonboat unique

  • Dragonboat pairs product strategy, roadmapping, intake, and planning in one operating layer.
  • Its 2026 platform pushes agentic AI across PDLC decisions, actions, and outcomes.
  • Integrations with Jira, Asana, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, and Domo reduce workflow disruption.
