Toyota Tsusho Systems acquires Digital Solution to strengthen engineering IT capabilities

Toyota Tsusho Systems Corporation (TTS) has acquired all shares of Digital Solution Inc (DSI), making the Hiroshima-based company a wholly owned subsidiary as of 3 March 2026.
