  • Five or more years of hands-on experience in software engineering, applied machine learning, or advanced data science in production environments are required.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience architecting, building, and deploying Agentic AI and LLM-driven solutions, such as autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, tool calling or function calling, and agent workflows, is required.
  • Proficiency with modern AI orchestration and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent agent frameworks is required.
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol architecture, tool integration standards, REST/gRPC APIs, and microservices design is required.
  • Expert-level Python coding proficiency and software engineering practices including object-oriented programming, design patterns, modular architecture, continuous integration and continuous delivery, testing, and code quality are required.
  • Experience with relational, analytical, and streaming data stores, including BigQuery and PostgreSQL, and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka is required.
  • A foundation in traditional data science methodologies, predictive modeling, machine learning concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and ensembling, and evaluation metrics is required.
  • Experience across the end-to-end AI project lifecycle is required, including data ingestion and streaming, preprocessing, prompt engineering or fine-tuning, model validation and evaluations, containerization, deployment, operationalization, monitoring, and tracing.
  • A demonstrated track record of leading technical implementation across multiple simultaneous projects and collaborating with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders is required.
