Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in growth, go-to-market engineering, revenue automation, growth operations, or marketing operations.
  • Experience building and executing business-to-business software-as-a-service growth campaigns for North American or global audiences.
  • Working command of SQL and Python or JavaScript, with practical experience using application programming interfaces and webhooks.
  • Practical understanding of large language models, prompting, agentic workflows, and evaluating artificial intelligence output.
  • A body of published writing and the ability to write copy for senior buyers.
  • Evidence of building a distribution channel from zero, such as a newsletter, community presence, content engine, partner program, or following.
  • Ability to run calls with vice presidents, chief revenue officers, or partner executives independently.
  • Strong analytical judgment, comfort working with incomplete information, and evidence of personally shipping work rather than managing agencies.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and continuously refine the ideal customer profile, market segments, buyer personas, and account-selection criteria.
  • Translate company goals into growth hypotheses and campaign plans.
  • Identify audiences, buying signals, use cases, and distribution opportunities.
  • Build an experimentation roadmap across content, social, syndication, partnerships, outbound, and account-based marketing.
  • Define success metrics and stop, modify, or scale programs based on pipeline outcomes.
  • Build systems that identify high-potential accounts and contacts and detect engagement triggers.
  • Develop enrichment workflows using firmographic, technographic, hiring, funding, leadership, and intent data.
  • Create account-scoring and prioritization models.
  • Automate repetitive research and turn account information into campaign insight.
  • Own the content engine, including content creation, audience selection, distribution, and intended outcomes.
  • Build and work a distribution list of newsletters, communities, podcasts, and industry publications.
  • Place the company in third-party listicles and comparison pages.
  • Build syndication and content-repurposing systems.
  • Run social presence across brand and founder accounts, including ghostwriting for executives.
  • Participate in buyer communities such as Reddit, Slack, and peer groups with identity and employer disclosed.
  • Capture, enrich, and route people who engage with social content into appropriate motions.
  • Use social activity as a research channel and feed findings into messaging and targeting.
  • Identify, pitch, and land integration and technology partners, agencies, consultancies, communities, creators, and resellers.
  • Build co-marketing programs, including joint webinars, co-authored content, newsletter swaps, integration launches, and marketplace or directory listings.
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline measurement.
  • Build and launch targeted campaigns across email, LinkedIn, account-based marketing, content, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop campaign concepts, offers, messaging, audience logic, and account-specific experiences.
  • Build nurture, reactivation, closed-lost, and expansion campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales on account selection, follow-up, and pipeline conversion.
  • Build and maintain workflows connecting customer relationship management, enrichment providers, campaign and content tools, internal data, and artificial intelligence systems.
  • Use HubSpot, Clay, Apify, n8n, Make, and PostHog, and replace tools when appropriate.
  • Use application programming interfaces, webhooks, scripts, and large language models to build intelligent workflows.
  • Design human-review and quality-control steps for artificial intelligence output and evaluate it rigorously.
  • Monitor automation failures, data-quality issues, and campaign errors.
  • Create reusable systems and documentation and raise execution standards across the growth organization.
  • Connect campaign, content, social, and partner activity to meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Own attribution and customer relationship management data quality and build required tracking.
  • Diagnose campaign performance.
  • Monitor funnel conversion, account engagement, cost per opportunity, and pipeline contribution.
  • Present recommendations to founders and senior stakeholders.
  • Submit a Loom demonstrating a personally built go-to-market system and a personally grown distribution channel, including actual artifacts and measurable outcomes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to break vague growth problems into testable hypotheses.
  • Ability to turn a spreadsheet or customer insight into a working campaign within days.
  • Instinct to build a solution when a tool cannot meet the need.
  • Tested opinions about where buyers spend their attention.
  • Focus on qualified pipeline rather than impressions, opens, or activity volume.
  • Comfort working in an early-stage environment where the role is not fully defined.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Oliv's April 2026 pricing claims $68,400 three-year TCO versus $789,300 for legacy stacks.
  • Customer testimonials cite 17% shorter sales cycles and 95% less manual CRM work.
  • Sales teams buying AI copilots in 2026 have clear budget pressure to replace admin-heavy tooling.

What critics are saying

  • Gong, Clari, Salesforce, and Fireflies already attack the same meeting-to-CRM workflow.
  • Oliv's customer proof comes mainly from its own site, not independent third-party verification.
  • If Salesforce and Gong bundle comparable agents in 2026, Oliv becomes a feature, not a company.

What makes Oliv AI unique

  • Oliv focuses on sales-manager workflows, not generic meeting transcription, with CRM automation and deal prioritization.
  • Its 2026 product messaging centers on MEDDIC, BANT, and SPICED, tying notes directly to revenue execution.
  • The website claims 100+ revenue teams and named users like Shopify, MissionCloud, Turing, and Swanky.
