What believers are saying

  • Housing costs receive support: the careers page advertises employee rental discounts at selected communities.
  • Personal support is confidential: IREG lists an employee-assistance programme for personal and professional challenges.
  • Executive training is paid: the advertised EDIT pathway combines approximately 12 months of structured learning with executive mentorship.

What critics are saying

  • Training does not guarantee placement: EDIT leadership appointments depend on readiness, business needs, geographic flexibility and vacancies.
  • Local residence restricts eligibility: the construction-superintendent vacancy requires candidates to live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
  • Care work requires credentials: the Frisco medication-aide vacancy requires current Texas certification and approved medication-aide training.

What makes Integrated Real Estate Group unique

  • Ownership is private: the official site identifies IREG as a privately held developer, operator and owner.
  • Development spans billions: IREG reports at least $2.1 billion in cumulative development value.
  • Affordable housing has a tax-credit foundation: IREG began development through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programme.
