Requirements
  • Successfully completed Weiterbildung zum/zur geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter:in (IHK) or a comparable qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience managing demanding mandates and complex client structures.
  • Familiarity with cross-border and internationally operating business models.
  • Ability to work independently, systematically, and in a goal-oriented manner while taking responsibility for assigned mandates.
  • Willingness to actively try new solutions and continuously learn.
Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing financial accounting and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under German Commercial Code (HGB) for complex client structures.
  • Independently and purposefully manage an assigned client portfolio from ongoing bookkeeping through completed financial statements and build sustainable client relationships.
  • Correctly represent cross-border business models and work confidently with internationally operating companies.
  • Help develop artificial-intelligence-supported accounting processes and new services in collaboration with software developers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with complex mandates, preferably for e-commerce and software-as-a-service companies.
  • Experience with group accounting.
