Entrata Software, a leading provider of property management software solutions, is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, driving efficiency, and maximizing revenue through data analysis, system management, and strategic planning. This role will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline operations and support the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
- Manage and optimize sales systems, including CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and finance initiatives.
- Create, support, and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
- Act as a subject matter expert on sales processes and systems
- Develop training material and train sales teams on best practices, processes, and tools to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and increase scalability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of success and improvement.
- Assist in the development of sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding sales performance and trends.
- Develop and support day-to-day sales operations for CRM system integration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
- Self Starter, sound decision-making skills, and a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and CPQ or other CRM systems and quoting tools.
- Experience with Groove or other Sales Engagement platforms.
- Experience with onboarding and training.
- Experience with process or project management.
- Knowledge of property management or real estate industry.
- Advanced degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
