About the job
- Hands-on experience supporting EDI, including testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Experience managing Trading Partners, including setup, configuration, integration, and master data maintenance.
- Experience supporting EDI systems, resolving incidents, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Knowledge of Jira.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 IDoc formats.
- Knowledge of communication and integration protocols such as SFTP, AS2, OFTP2, and RESTful APIs.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a global B2B environment, collaborating with teams and partners across different countries and cultures.
- Act as the point of contact for B2B customers, suppliers, and Bosch plants, ensuring support and stability of EDI processes.
- Provide technical support, perform testing, monitor integrations, and manage Trading Partners.
- Manage data interfaces, identify and resolve incidents, and ensure operational continuity.
- Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, training materials, and guidelines related to EDI processes.
- Deliver training and provide support to suppliers and partners through different support channels.
- Collaborate with global teams, supporting projects, go-live activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to innovation, process automation, and adoption of artificial intelligence solutions, with a focus on service excellence and customer satisfaction.
