About the job
- You have already gained initial practical experience in direct customer contact, ideally in sales.
- You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken.
- You want to work on-site in Berlin five days per week.
- Build the inbound lead-to-demo process and reliably convert inbound leads into booked demos.
- Test messaging, develop processes, and determine what works best across phone, automation, and AI agents.
- Build praxipal’s go-to-market motion from the ground up by developing playbooks and conversation guides that will become standards for the growing sales team.
- Help build and scale a high-performing sales team and shape how praxipal sells in the future.
- Find ways to reactivate leads that have been written off and recover their potential.
- Follow up with leads through a multichannel system of phone calls, email sequences, and WhatsApp messages, with speed-to-lead as a core discipline.
- Manage the pipeline, maintain the CRM, and measure and optimize lead-to-demo conversion using data.
