RYDGE Conseil provides advisory services for entrepreneurs and SMEs in France by offering a multidisciplinary mix of accounting, HR management, legal and tax, and operational/financial consulting. Its product is a holistic set of tailored services delivered through a national network of 200 offices and 4,500 employees to about 100,000 clients, with added value from digital transformation projects (e.g., electronic invoicing) and a leadership training program called RYDGE Académie. The firm differentiates itself by being the largest entrepreneur-focused consulting firm in France, formed from KPMG’s SME activities and backed by a former KPMG Pulse lineage, with independence as of 2025 and a business model centered on SMEs/TPEs and associations rather than large corporate clients. Its goal is to help entrepreneurs grow and manage their businesses effectively by providing integrated, practical advisory across finance, operations, and compliance.
