Responsibilities
  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for school partnerships, reaching counselors, student support teams, and district leaders across your territory
  • Run high-volume outbound with cold calling as your primary channel — reaching school counselors and administrators by phone, with email and other channels supporting your outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Build and maintain a clean, accurate CRM with notes, stages, activity tracking, and forecasting inputs
  • Partner closely with AEs and marketing to refine targeting, talk tracks, and objection handling

Marble Health partners with schools, families, and health plans to connect students with licensed therapists for evidence-based therapy, available virtually or in person with quick access. Referrals from school counselors flow to a network of providers, with insurance coverage including Medicaid to help families afford care. It functions as an integrated platform that enables real-time collaboration among schools, clinicians, parents, and payers, and uses AI tools to reduce administrative work and help therapists work with public insurance networks. The goal is to scale high-quality teen mental health care across the United States by making evidence-based therapy easier to access and administer for schools, families, clinicians, and payers.

What believers are saying

  • Series A funding supports expansion into more U.S. schools.
  • Group therapy increases clinician capacity and lowers per-student cost.
  • High unmet adolescent demand supports a large referral pool.

What critics are saying

  • Brightline and Daybreak Health compete for the same school deals.
  • Medicaid reimbursement pressure can compress margins and access.
  • Therapist shortages can break Marble’s no-waitlist promise.

What makes Marble Health unique

  • School-counselor referrals create Marble’s direct access wedge.
  • Insurance-covered care, including Medicaid, removes school budget friction.
  • AI scribe and therapist EHR reduce Medicaid administrative burden.
