Requirements
  • Graduating with a Bachelors or advanced degree in Graphic Design or relevant degrees or successful completion of relevant bootcamp coursework
  • Graduation/Bootcamp completion date no later than May 2025
  • Good at solving problems and thinking things through from first-principles
  • Knowledgeable on design process from conceptualization to implementation, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Comfortable working and presenting with Figma, and can create variables & dynamic components to supercharge the design process
  • Understand how users interact with digital products, including navigation patterns, information architecture, and flow
  • Familiar with user research methods (surveys, interviews) and usability testing.
  • Ability to gather insights to inform and iterate on designs
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and receive feedback constructively
  • Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with high collaboration
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Availability to be onsite for the duration of the program Monday-Friday in our Fort Worth office
  • Availability to work Full Time after the cohort program
Responsibilities
  • Execute user experience, interaction and visual design
  • Consult and collaborate with team members and stakeholders on designs, requirements and strategies
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to execute the product roadmap
  • Produce wireframes, user flows, mockups, visual design comps, and interactive prototypes of your UX ideas
  • Efficiently and thoughtfully iterate designs by adjusting to technical requirements, engaging users and stakeholders and incorporating findings into the design
  • Stay informed about digital advertising and design trends, and share insights to drive forward-thinking design solutions
  • Construct working prototypes as part of new product validation
  • Communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process to stakeholders
  • Contribute to improving UX processes, including participating in design critiques and Retrospectives
  • Focus on learning and maintaining attention to detail in design elements such as fit, finish, and polish.
