Requirements
  • A Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in nursing is required.
  • Membership in the Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières du Québec (OIIQ) is required.
  • Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR/RCR) certification is required.
  • At least one year of proven experience in the healthcare network is required.
  • Experience in CME, postpartum care, and pediatrics is required.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of French is required.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules is required.
  • Strong communication and supportive-care skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care adapted to the specific needs of patients at home.
  • Assess and monitor patients' health in collaboration with the medical team.
  • Administer medications and provide necessary treatments.
  • Provide follow-up care for wounds and dressings.
  • Inform patients and their families about health matters.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Monitor, assess, document, and record symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
