Requirements
  • Associate’s Degree and 3+ years of procure-to-pay/accounts payable experience in a similar role, will consider level of experience
  • Knowledge of P2P functions, general accounting practices, and SOX requirements
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Word,) required
  • Knowledge of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tool
  • Knowledge of NetSuite ERP
Responsibilities
  • Process high volume invoices for payment within a timely manner, ensuring that appropriate documentation is archived in the ERP utilizing established workflows to capture PTP requirements.
  • Proactively reach out to the business owners and/or vendors to research and resolve all vendor invoicing discrepancies and disputes timely. Own the process to resolution and communication where required.
  • Manage the shared AP Email inbox for timely invoice intake and inquiries and vendor account reconciliations and resolution.
  • Run and review the open Pending Approval Reports and Aging Reports from ERP, taking appropriate action to resolve open items and issues.
  • Participate in the preparation and process of weekly ACH and Wire disbursements
  • Help identify, drive, and participate in implementing process improvements while documenting new and existing processes,
  • Assists AP Manager in various projects and assignments as required to support strategic and cross functional projects
