Requirements
  • Hands-on experience administering or supporting marketing technology platforms, marketing automation systems, customer relationship management workflows, or connected go-to-market systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, ON24, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, lead routing, campaign operations, forms, list processes, campaign member workflows, and customer relationship management and marketing automation dependencies.
  • Experience monitoring sync queues, troubleshooting integration issues, validating data movement, and resolving operational platform errors.
  • Ability to configure platform settings, support feature and function updates, test changes, and document operational processes clearly.
  • Experience testing workflows, routing rules, platform changes, and business process impacts before and after release.
  • Ability to partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and platform owners in a global team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, operational discipline, problem-solving ability, and comfort managing recurring platform support activities.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and support day-to-day marketing technology operations across Salesforce, Pardot or Marketing Cloud, Integrate, 6sense, Qualified or PiperX, Sendoso, RingLead, Salesloft, and related marketing systems.
  • Monitor sync queues, data movement, platform errors, integration issues, failed jobs, lead flow exceptions, routing issues, and other operational health indicators across connected systems.
  • Support lead routing, assignment rules, campaign member processes, lifecycle workflows, form processing, list upload controls, and other operational processes affecting handoffs across Marketing, Sales, and SDR or ISR teams.
  • Configure and maintain platform features, fields, rules, workflows, user settings, queues, alerts, forms, integrations, and operational settings based on approved business requirements.
  • Partner with team leadership and platform owners to test new functionality, support releases, validate changes, and ensure updates do not break existing marketing workflows.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve marketing technology support requests, escalating to IT, vendors, or senior platform owners when deeper technical intervention is required.
  • Conduct quality assurance and regression testing for platform updates, routing changes, automation changes, campaign workflows, and new feature and function releases.
  • Maintain documentation for platform processes, routing logic, sync queue monitoring, issue resolution steps, release notes, configuration changes, and operational dependencies.
  • Support platform audits and hygiene activities, including user access reviews, field usage reviews, process cleanup, inactive asset review, and retirement of outdated workflows or configurations.
  • Identify recurring manual tasks or support issues that could be simplified, automated, documented, or escalated for artificial-intelligence-enabled workflow improvements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with 6sense, Qualified, Conversica, Sendoso, RingLead, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or similar marketing and sales technology tools.
  • Working knowledge of data quality, field mapping, campaign hierarchy, lifecycle stages, and reporting dependencies.
  • Experience using artificial-intelligence-enabled tools, copilots, or automation to improve documentation, troubleshooting, quality assurance, ticket resolution, or operational productivity.

Accenture partners with AWS to deliver cloud and AI tools for mid-sized companies

Accenture has announced a new collaboration with Amazon Web Services to deliver cloud and AI offerings specifically for mid-sized companies generating between $300 million and $3 billion in annual revenue. The technology bundle, available through AWS Marketplace, includes tools for virtual machine migration, cloud spending optimisation, security strengthening, and AI system risk testing. The offerings fall under Accenture Edge, a dedicated business unit serving mid-market clients. The collaboration also provides conversational AI, virtual agents, and customer service technology. 407 ETR, a Toronto-area electronic toll highway operator, is cited as an early customer. Accenture shares rose 1.6% in premarket trading following the announcement. The stock currently trades around $180, having rebounded more than 50% from June lows but remaining well below its 52-week high of $291.09.
