Requirements
  • Significant product experience related to Futures, OTC Clearing and FX PB
  • Technical and operational understanding with sufficient knowledge to steer platform design and deliverables
  • Knowledge of referential data systems (account, security, price) and the ability to advise on appropriate reference data usage in trade flows and position management
  • Deep knowledge of account structures including customer, proprietary, broker, affiliate, and experience in designing and implementing account structures that meets business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with global regulatory regimes and regulatory requirements with experience implementing systems, processes to support the regulatory framework
  • Highly skilled in Excel with the ability to automate processing of large data sets, clean and normalize data, join multiple data sets, apply complex rules to generate meaningful business insights
  • Must have experience in Python to perform the above tasks
  • Must be able to plan and organize own workload within tight deadlines and be able to work under pressure
Responsibilities
  • Managing business P&L across Futures, OTC Clearing and FX Prime Brokerage
  • Produce business revenue projections and track performance against these projections
  • Drive product development in key strategic business focus areas such as connectivity to new clearinghouses, rollout of new products, client tools, margin and treasury workflows, and market structure changes
  • Define problem statements and prepare detailed concept definitions with input from Citi SMEs
  • Deliver/review business requirements for Product Development, ensuring that a structured approach to market analysis is adopted
  • Assess new enhancement requests and prioritize according to Criticality, Effort and Resourcing levels
  • Oversee testing, release, and support process
  • Generate product awareness among users, working closely with client facing Sales and Client Executive teams
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets
