About the job
- A minimum of 2–3 years of security experience is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in the security industry is required.
- Knowledge of security workforce operations, scheduling, and payroll is required.
- A Texas Level II Security License is required.
- A Texas driver's license is required.
- A security, industrial, or logistics background is required.
- Lead daily security operations, including access control management, CCTV surveillance monitoring, and facility patrol strategies to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage and mentor 10+ security officers through training, coaching, scheduling, and performance oversight.
- Supervise the team.
- Conduct compliance activities and inspections.
- Maintain regulatory awareness.
- Provide training.
- Monitor surveillance.
- Prepare reports.
- Schedule the team.
- Handle payroll.
- Knowledge of Track-Tik for team scheduling is a plus.
