- The candidate must hold a Bac+5 MBA in Audit and Management Control.
- The candidate should know accounting software such as Sage, Cegid, SAP, or an equivalent.
- The candidate should be able to analyze and synthesize financial data.
- The candidate should know current tax and social regulations.
- The candidate must be proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
- The candidate should have knowledge of management control and profitability analysis.
- The candidate should be rigorous in following deadlines and procedures.
- The candidate should be reliable and discreet when handling confidential information.
- The candidate should be organized and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Assist with preparing forecast budgets and monthly reporting.
- Contribute to preparing balance sheets, income statements, and tax packages.
- Prepare and send tax and social declarations, including VAT and DSN.
- Prepare monthly and annual closing files.
- Create dashboards for monitoring financial performance.
- Participate in updating the chart of accounts and internal procedures.
- Contribute to improving accounting and internal-control processes.
- Manage expense claims and reimbursements.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Participate in accounting data entry and updating journals.
