Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver educational programs for K-12 students that introduce opera in engaging, age-appropriate ways, fostering familiarity with and enthusiasm for the art form.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies that maximize program visibility and participation among primary and secondary schools in the Greater Cincinnati region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, school administrators, and teaching artists to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with schools’ needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on program participation, outcomes, and engagement.
  • Partner with the Philanthropy team to track and support the successful fulfillment of grant-related goals and reporting requirements.
  • Gather and organize stories, images, and other documentation to highlight program successes and demonstrate impact.

Downtown-based Clark Schaefer Hackett acquired Strategic HR Inc., a Sycamore Township-based o utsourced human resources management firm that also has offices in Dayton, Northern Kentucky and Louisville.
