Responsibilities
  • Taking insights from customer and market research and applying them to influence product choices and existing marketing & sales motions
  • Turning data into strategy, and strategy into tactics, to drive more awareness and adoption of Homebase products
  • Working with product, sales, and marketing to build the right go-to-market for different segments of customers for new products being launched
  • Owning awareness and adoption of products being built for small business teams
  • Understanding the needs of small business owners and being their voice
  • Building repeatable processes for product launches, adoption tests, and customer communications
