  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of a school/employment visa at this time.
  • Technical College graduate with a minimum of two-year degree or certificate.
  • 2-4 years of extrusion experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is required.
  • Maintenance experience: Preventive & Corrective.
  • Experience with plastics, rubbers, industrial resins.
Responsibilities
  • Perform effective setup, changes, and adjustments to peripheral equipment for safe startup, and provide support for prototype runs, qualifications, and production.
  • Troubleshoot and adjust equipment while the production lines run and repair machinery problems to achieve high-quality, on-spec production. Diagnose minor faults and provide recommendations to the extrusion technician. Resolve and recommend corrective actions to the production supervisor.
  • Work with process engineering, manufacturing, and other maintenance technicians to ensure efficient operation.
  • Perform activities with minimal supervision and with optimal results, minimizing the impact on OEE or extrusion metrics.
  • Ensure proper operation of the machinery and safety systems like guards, emergency stops, switches, etc. are working in perfect condition.
  • Provide support in the execution and coordination of the extrusion process, working with Production Supervisors, Group Managers, lead technicians, and the Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Process Engineer, by preparing the necessary equipment and materials.
  • Prepare peripheral equipment for the production lines, as well as perform the changeovers in all equipment.
  • Comply with all safety policy and regulations.

The Toro Company has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.39 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on 13 April 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 30 March 2026. Jon Cole, Divisional Business Manager for Reesink Turfcare, exclusive distributor for Toro commercial machinery in the UK, has been named the recipient of the Toro Green Blazer Award for 2025. This isn't ordinary Toro attire, a green blazer has to be earned. The award for Toro Equipment Sales is presented during the company's annual worldwide distributor business meeting,which is held in conjunction with the GCSAA show in America, and recognises individuals who are contributing to the industry, demonstrating leadership and showing commitment to customers and customer relationships, all with commercial success.
