  • Proven experience as a Technical Solutions Manager/Consultant, Partner Integration Manager/Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of a wide variety of applications such as CMMS, EAM, ERP, IoT and legacy systems interact with each other in an enterprise technology ecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture patterns and understand how a wide variety of technologies interact with each other.
  • Proficiency in RestAPI, Webhooks, and other integration technologies.
  • Practical experience in project management and stakeholder facilitation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with confidence explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for learning about current and emerging technologies to develop innovative solutions for open ended business problems.
  • Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners.
Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in mapping out requested workflows and integrations between their CMMS and other platforms within their tech stack.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, specifications, and evaluate existing systems to propose optimal solutions.
  • Develop a strategic blueprint to guide the integration process and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as an expert on Limble’s products to partners and drive revenue through engaging partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with service partners and system integrators to facilitate integration work for customers.
  • Develop a partner bench of qualified partners to ensure a pool of reliable resources for customer projects.
  • Facilitate introductions between customers and partners while ensuring clear communication of business requirements and expectations.
  • Manage the overall project lifecycle between the partner and the customer to ensure timely and successful delivery of integration projects.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather business requirements, present solutions, and keep all parties informed about project progress.
  • Ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and time constraints while meeting quality standards.
  • Embed with core Product and Engineering to serve as a “Voice of the Partner” to drive product roadmap and feature request prioritization.
  • Create and share best practices and reusable processes and tools, such as reference architectures to enhance the quality and efficiency of the integrations/partner organizations.
  • Provide technical solutions to complex business challenges, leveraging knowledge of software designs, languages, and architecture.
  • Utilize knowledge of RestAPI, Webhooks, and other integration technologies to ensure robust and scalable integrations.
  • Monitor development processes to ensure solutions are built according to the strategic blueprint and customer requirements.
