- Experience in project management and very good Microsoft Office skills are advantageous.
- Good communication and expression skills in German and English.
- Clarify project objectives, budgets, schedules, and completion dates at project start.
- Plan project steps, assign tasks, coordinate project teams, and motivate team members.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and that quality requirements and budgets are maintained.
- Explain tasks and objectives to team members and update clients and supervisors on project status.
- Document project steps and prepare final project documentation.
- Plan technical and commercial aspects of in-house-built systems and ensure timely commissioning.
- Hand over systems to manufacturing and resolve outstanding quality management, documentation, and occupational safety matters.
- Plan budgets and track and control project costs.
- Plan capacity and coordinate with external companies and suppliers.
- Support mechanical engineering with procurement of assemblies and standard parts, including related commercial matters.
- Maintain project status in the project management tool with the team and their supervisors, and continuously develop the tool.
- Project management experience and very good Microsoft Office skills are advantageous.
