Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in a Food and Beverage Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
  • Previous experience within a luxury hotel, resort, restaurant, or premium hospitality environment.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • A hands-on leadership style and willingness to support the team during busy service periods.
  • Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Full Australian working rights.
Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day operation of the Restaurants and Bars outlets, ensuring service is delivered to the highest standards.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate Food and Beverage Attendants to create exceptional guest experiences.
  • Deliver warm, genuine, and personalised service while acting as a visible leader during service periods.
  • Assist with rostering and workforce planning to ensure operational requirements are met.
  • Monitor service standards and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support team development.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders across the Resort.
  • Support inventory management, stock ordering, and stock control processes in line with outlet requirements.
  • Ensure team training records and compliance requirements remain current and up to date.
  • Assist in driving departmental performance through a focus on guest satisfaction, quality service, and operational efficiency.
  • Proactively resolve guest concerns and service challenges with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, briefings, and training sessions to support communication and engagement.
  • Maintain compliance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements, food safety standards, and responsible service of alcohol regulations.
  • Uphold IHG brand standards, policies, and values in all aspects of your work.
