Requirements
  • Associates degree (or local equivalent 2 year degree), or a High School diploma (or local equivalent) and 3 or more years technical experience
  • Proficient in computer usage (Microsoft package)
  • Proficient in Visio Professional
  • Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with limited direction and information
  • Ability to perform under minimal supervision in a fast pace environment
Responsibilities
  • Assist Manufacturing Engineers with tasks associated with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Lean continuous improvements and resolving ergonomic issues
  • Interfaces with other departments in the execution of duties to ensure the orderly flow of material and information
  • Create and revise Operational Methods Sheets (OMSs)
  • Develop or revise Quality Management System quality documents and procedures (protocols, reports, Production & Process Controls)
  • Provide evaluation, constructive feedback to leadership in the development of internal and external engineering, manufacturing documentation
  • Develop and execute training plans as required
  • Provide strong individual contributions in the context of achieving team goals
  • Comply with Environmental, Health and Safety regulations and policies
  • General direction is given in the execution of job related activities
