Users begin with a brief assessment that leads to a customized care plan and a list of appropriate providers from Spring Health's network. The platform is user-friendly, allowing users to schedule appointments and access wellness exercises easily. A unique feature is the Care Navigator, which offers clinical guidance and emotional support throughout the mental health journey.
