  • Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Serve as domain expert in HR business processes
  • Partner with Sr Principal Architect and HRIS team for requirements gathering and solution design
  • Design end-to-end solutions across HR and beyond
  • Lead major HR initiatives like Open Enrollment and Annual Performance Cycle
  • Provide expertise in Workday platform capabilities
  • Support current production modules and propose process improvement activities
  • Lead user acceptance testing for Workday releases
  • Manage implementation partner teams and ensure SOX compliance
