Requirements
  • 5+ years in SaaS sales; experience managing a Sales Development team in a fast-paced, highly competitive software sales environment
  • A history of consistently performing above team quota and being able to forecast accurately
  • Effectively lead teams with the right combination of data and strong personal leadership
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Strong Salesforce skills and experience using Salesloft highly preferred
  • Passionate about training and developing a team
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to sell to decision-making levels
  • Consistent track record of identifying team needs and successfully implementing solutions
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of SDRS/BDRS across Commercial or Enterprise
  • Achieve quarterly outbound pipeline targets
  • Manager, coach, and mentor SDR/BDRs regularly to achieve individual targets
  • Ensure weekly reporting on activity, 6QAs, 6QLs, and heroics are surfaced up to Leadership for weekly KPI email
  • Manage team and segment performance reporting in SFDC and Salesloft
  • Assist with Salesloft upkeep and operational management
  • Assign and project manage SDR/BDR operational upkeep efforts and reporting dashboards with connections to the Commercial segment
  • Recruit and train new SDR/BDRs as required by hiring plan
