  • A bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles involving project management, such as account management, project management, or client success.
Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale, high-profile client onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through successful transition to ongoing service, including developing and managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; tracking progress; and communicating status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage a high volume of client and employee onboarding requests, coordinating cross-functionally with Human Resources, Client Partnerships, and service teams to ensure accurate execution and fulfillment of client-specific requirements.
  • Develop and implement tools, processes, and strategies that improve implementation efficiency, scalability, and client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted implementation partner and contributing to client retention and growth opportunities.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely, solutions-oriented manner and collaborate internally to resolve complex issues.
  • Design scalable, compliant solutions that align with client needs while supporting operational efficiency and service delivery standards.
  • Document and communicate all client customizations, implementation decisions, and service commitments to ongoing service and support teams.
  • Identify potential implementation risks, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and drive projects to successful completion within established timelines.
