Requirements
  • Proven experience in pharmacy, fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Must possess or meet the requirements to attain a Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating attention to detail, adaptability to change, and creative problem-solving.
  • Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Must work at least two closing shifts Monday through Friday.
  • Must work rotating Saturdays, one Saturday on and one Saturday off.
Responsibilities
  • Implement Lemonaid Health guiding principles on a daily basis.
  • Deliver patient and team experiences with a friendly, proactive attitude.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams across the United States to improve prescription delivery processes and patient satisfaction.
  • Work with pharmacy technicians to package and ship prescriptions.
  • Perform data entry, dispensing, packing, shipping, accuracy assurance, and customer service through phones and text-based messaging.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderly state of the pharmacy by stocking, cleaning workspaces, and performing general maintenance.
  • Adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act regulations.
  • Complete approximately three months of initial training consisting mostly of fulfillment work.
  • After initial training, work approximately 80% in fulfillment and 20% in pharmacy duties, subject to business needs.
  • Work with pharmacists on additional tasks related to the pharmacy student technician's educational path.

The platform covers men’s and women’s health, mental health, primary care, skin conditions, and at-home lab testing, with flat consultation fees and optional monthly care subscriptions.
