Desired Qualifications

  • Health technology or senior living experience.
  • Experience with artificial-intelligence-powered, hardware-enabled products that use real-time device data.
  • Experience with electronic health record integrations.
  • Prior management experience.

About the Company

Inspiren

Ambient sensing AI for senior care

Inspiren builds a physical AI ecosystem for senior living that combines ambient sensing, clinical context, and community data to help care teams act before resident needs become emergencies. Its platform uses sensors to monitor residents, detect falls, trigger behavioral and emergency alerts, and provide eCall with two-way voice, all within a privacy-first design. The system integrates with care teams’ workflows to deliver care-utilization insights and real-time notifications rather than relying on manual reporting. Compared with other healthtech offerings, Inspiren emphasizes a tangible hardware-enabled sensing layer and clinical-context data across large operator networks, evidenced by deployments with major senior living operators and reported outcome improvements. The company aims to reduce emergencies and enhance resident safety by enabling proactive, data-informed care decisions across senior housing communities.
