Requirements
  • Completed basic vocational training in refrigeration or air-conditioning technology.
  • A valid Category B driver's license.
  • Business-fluent German.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and communication ability.
  • A high degree of independence, flexibility, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Team orientation and a friendly manner.
Responsibilities
  • Service commercial refrigeration systems in the food industry, including monitoring, maintenance, and repair, predominantly of CO2 systems.
  • Independently diagnose and resolve faults in refrigeration systems.
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance.
  • Carry out minor installations and modifications to existing systems.
  • Provide on-call and on-demand service coverage.
  • Carry out occupational safety responsibilities and duties as an employee.
  • Document all completed work and record time using digital reports.
  • Ensure tools and personal protective equipment provided are complete and ready for use.
  • Maintain the assigned service vehicle, including following manufacturer maintenance intervals, changing tires, and coordinating repairs when necessary.
Desired Qualifications
  • A refrigerant handling certification is desirable.
  • French-language skills are an advantage but are not required.
