  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related field, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic support role is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and facilitate key planning and decision processes for the Product organization, including solution reviews, roadmap prioritization, and annual planning.
  • Identify, implement, and manage product management tools, processes, and best practices to enhance product team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and report product performance.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product operations, including process improvements, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Directly manage a PMO with ~8 people responsible for managing major technical and product-driven cross-functional projects.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineering, data science, design, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of product priorities.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between product teams and other departments, including report-outs of prioritization and product launches.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CPO, providing support in decision-making, strategic planning, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Oversee the CPO and product leadership team’s agenda, ensuring clear ownership and continuous follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate and lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the CPO, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and company goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for executive meetings, board meetings, and external engagements.
  • Develop high-quality documentation & artifacts to ensure clarity for cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Guide product development lifecycle at every stage, optimizing processes and rituals that help the team thrive.
