  • Proven experience in a Sales Engineer or similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with wealth management firms and their decision-making processes.
  • Awareness of the regulatory environment, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Experience working within the financial services sector, specifically focusing on broker dealer and RIA business models.
  • An understanding of financial products and the unique challenges faced by broker dealers and RIAs.
  • Understanding of day-to-day operations of broker dealer and RIA entities.
  • Proven commitment to staying abreast of industry changes, available technology solutions and emerging trends, and regulatory updates affecting broker dealer and RIA operations.
Responsibilities
  • Clear understanding and ability to explain the features, capabilities, and integrations of the Advisor360 platform.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of our offerings.
  • Stay updated on enhancements and changes to the platform.
  • Respond to RFIs from prospective clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Articulate the benefits of the A360 platform compared to competitive solutions, demonstrating an understanding of customer needs.
  • Recognize evolving areas of interest in the industry and adapt prospect interactions accordingly.
  • Stay abreast of the rapidly evolving enterprise wealth management market, buyer needs, and technological trends.
  • Develop insights to inform compelling messaging positioned to solve the needs of prospective clients.
  • Adapt presentations based on active prospect conversations, showcasing the platform's ability to solve common business problems.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Management to develop compelling materials, content and digital assets for sales conversations with enterprise buyers.
  • Identify and address key pain points for existing customers.
  • Effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Closely aligned with Advisor360’s sales process, including lead qualification, needs analysis, solution design, proposal creation, and close plans.
  • Collaborate with partner firms on joint solutions based on specific prospect needs.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitive research to inform buyer profiles and messaging; share insights cross-functionally.
  • Gauge the impact of your regular market analysis and competitive research in shaping competitor profiles and messaging.
  • Measure the effectiveness of insights shared cross-functionally in enhancing our overall market strategy.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory constraints, and competitive solutions.
  • Identify and understand competitors to A360 and their individual strengths and weaknesses.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, onboarding, and product teams to share market insights.
