The Client Development Coordinator will play a key role supporting events across the Private Equity and Healthcare groups. These events may range from large-scale conferences, bespoke programs and client dinners to webinars and sponsorship opportunities.
Working with internal stakeholders and external clients and partners, the coordinator will ensure smooth execution and alignment with our firm’s business development and client engagement objectives. This individual will also manage event tracking and reporting, and work closely with the Client Development Events Specialist to deliver impactful experiences for clients and prospects.
What You Will Do:
Lead and Coordinate Client Events: Manage logistics for events such as client dinners, client presentations, sponsorships, trainings, and similar gatherings.
Sponsorship Coordination: Working closely with the Client Development Events Specialist, manage and oversee Goodwin’s participation in industry sponsorships. Collaborate with conference organizers to handle logistics and maximize the benefits associated with the firm’s involvement.
Manage Ticket Requests: Track and process all Private Equity and Healthcare ticket requests for industry events, conferences, and related engagements.
Coordinate Webinars: Take the lead on all aspects of webinar planning, from conceptualization and scheduling to execution and follow-up.
Event Tracking & Data Management: Utilize CRM database to track event, guest lists, and attendee information, ensuring accurate reporting and data management.
Event ROI and Metrics: Work closely with the Events Specialist to monitor and evaluate event effectiveness, tracking metrics and ROI, and providing post-event analysis and recommendations.
Who You Are:
BA, BS or equivalent
2+ years of marketing or business development experience in a law firm, professional services organization or corporate environment
Exceptional client service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing assignments.
Effective and professional communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with particular attention to detail.
Positive attitude with the ability to think objectively and work both independently and within a team.
Ability to build rapport with lawyers and other GO! team members.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Foundation, Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM tools and databases a plus.
