About the company

WaterBridge runs integrated produced-water infrastructure for oil and gas producers, moving the water brought to the surface alongside hydrocarbons. Its operations center on the Delaware Basin in West Texas and New Mexico, with additional networks in the Eagle Ford and Arkoma basins. Pipelines carry water to handling facilities for underground disposal or recycling, and customers pay handling fees and buy water for drilling and completions. The group also runs oilfield waste facilities under Desert Environmental for non-hazardous waste disposal and reclamation. Founded as an operating business in 2015, WaterBridge is based in Houston, Texas; its public holding company was formed in 2025.
