- Organize and maintain service stations before and after each service.
- Polish glasses and cutlery and store tableware.
- Clear tables, prepare the dining room for the next service, and store service equipment.
- Support customer service under the supervision of the chef de rang.
- Act as a liaison between the kitchen and dining room by delivering customer orders.
- Participate in serving assigned tables under the supervision of the chef de rang.
- Clear and reset tables during service.
- Take orders and guide customer choices when required.
- Relay relevant information to immediate supervisors.
- Report possible errors in the assigned section, such as delays, incorrect orders, or cold food, to the supervisor.
- Work closely with the kitchen teams.
