Requirements
  • Be currently enrolled in a Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources/Human Resources, Economics, Management Information Systems, or another relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Have experience or an interest in testing activities.
  • Be legally eligible to work for any employer in the United States.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with seasoned consultants to analyze, design, and implement solutions.
  • Contribute to client engagements across a variety of sectors.
  • Participate in process-mapping work sessions and create documentation with Visio.
  • Conduct best-practice research and develop innovative solutions.
  • Assist in testing activities to ensure the quality of solutions.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships through meetings and contacts.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for documentation.
