Adams Clinical conducts late-phase psychiatric and neurologic clinical trials under FDA rules, using double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled designs for investigational drugs that have advanced past initial testing. Nine full-time doctors serve as neutral third parties to oversee trials and ensure unbiased results; data integrity comes from careful participant selection and rigorous rater training. The company provides external testing required by law (Chapter 21 CFR Part 54) for pharmaceutical companies seeking evidence of efficacy and safety, generating revenue from sponsors. With high academic standards and small, focused trial numbers in depression research, Adams Clinical aims to deliver reliable data to support regulatory decisions on new psychiatric and neurologic drugs.
