Connect with potential customers through provided leads, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
Quote and sell auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products.
Follow up with prospects and build lasting customer relationships.
Identify opportunities for additional coverage and referrals.
Maintain an organized pipeline and work toward sales goals.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in sales, retail, banking, hospitality, automotive, or customer service is a plus.
Insurance licensing is preferred, or willingness to obtain it.
