About the Company

Global Infrastructure

Specialist infrastructure fund manager investing globally

Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) is an independent infrastructure fund manager that makes equity and select debt investments in energy, transport, digital infrastructure, and water/waste assets. It pursues controlling stakes to actively influence operations and drive performance, financing investments through management fees and carried interest. Its portfolio includes Gatwick Airport, the Port of Melbourne, and CyrusOne, reflecting a global reach across OECD and select non-OECD markets. Its goal is to deliver stable, long-term returns to institutional investors by building and actively managing essential infrastructure assets; the pending BlackRock acquisition will combine GIP’s expertise with a broader platform.
