  • 7+ years working experience as a Head of Marketing, preferably at a growth stage enterprise software company
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B software
  • 5+ years of work experience with Industrial related software
  • Previous experience and knowledge of the manufacturing and industrial automation markets
  • Previous experience working with data and cloud related companies.
  • Data driven marketing leader with a focus on understanding how marketing spend is influencing ROI and revenue across every marketing channel.

Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for annual marketing plan, strategy, and team.
  • Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies and enablement materials for both sales and partner sales teams.
  • Manage marketing budget and expenditures.
  • Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team.
  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads across web, social, paid ads, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing channels.
  • Build marketing strategies to effectively create awareness and generate leads by working with channel partners.
  • Direct and support analyst relations activities to help position Litmus as an industry leader.
  • Work closely with the sales and partner organizations to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.
  • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies.
  • Build long term relationships with internal SMEs, customers, partners, and industry influencers.
