Requirements
  • ANRE authorization grades IIA and IIB.
  • Secondary education in the electrical or energy field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Solid knowledge of energy-sector and electrical-installation legislation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the human and material resources needed to execute energy works in accordance with contractual deadlines and quality specifications.
  • Prepare and post the daily work schedule.
  • Appoint team leads, form teams considering functionality and member compatibility, and provide appropriate transportation for the work.
  • Organize and monitor production activities, seeking improvements to increase labor productivity.
  • Ensure return lists are recorded for materials and equipment left over from work.
  • Perform intervention work and PRAM electrical measurements, and actively participate in work execution when requested by the works manager to clarify solutions.
  • Perform switching operations in medium- and high-voltage electrical installations under the coordination of the dispatcher or designated engineer.
