About the job
- You have 3 to 6 years of experience in interior architecture, workplace design, or commercial fit-out projects.
- You have strong commercial skills and a naturally customer-oriented approach.
- You have a genuine affinity for interior design, materials, and finishes.
- You are proficient in AutoCAD or similar software.
- You can independently read, design, and modify plans.
- You are creative, have a developed aesthetic sense, and are solution-oriented.
- You are proficient in French and Dutch.
- Advise clients on interior-design concepts, materials, finishes, and customized solutions.
- Develop and present interior-design proposals.
- Guide clients through the final decision and contract signing.
- Develop lasting relationships with clients, architects, and project partners.
- Design interior proposals and space layouts.
- Adapt existing plans to meet client needs.
- Read and interpret architectural and execution plans.
- Use drawing and visualization software.
- Support the design team in project development.
- During quieter periods, participate in design and drawing work alongside the interior architects.
- Ensure proper handover of sold projects to operational teams.
- Collaborate closely with interior architects, project coordinators, and site managers.
- Ensure the quality and feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Knowledge of English is an asset.
