Requirements
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in interpersonal exchanges.

  • Have 5–8+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting in enterprise environments.
  • Have experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Have experience integrating data across multiple enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain asset attestation dashboards based on ServiceNow.
  • Analyze and report on ServiceNow workflow and ticket performance, including service-level agreement compliance, timeliness, and process efficiency.
  • Develop quarterly or semiannual Property Custodian reports.
  • Integrate data across the Asset Management System, ServiceNow, and the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
  • Lead data quality analysis, validation, and remediation activities to ensure system-of-record accuracy and data integrity across enterprise systems.
  • Track and report key performance indicators, including inventory accuracy, service-level agreement compliance, and data completeness.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in reporting and analytics activities to ensure consistent, accurate, and actionable outputs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable insights.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives and compliance with United States Patent and Trademark Office asset management policies and federal property accountability standards.
