- A bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy.
- Current membership in the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec.
- Assess residents' functional abilities and occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Adapt the environment or recommend assistive devices to promote autonomy and safety.
- Provide rehabilitation and functional stimulation interventions.
- Participate in clinical committees and continuous practice improvement.
- Document follow-ups and interventions according to professional standards.
- Recent and relevant experience in the sector.
- Experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or functional rehabilitation.
- Strong interpersonal, observation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and adapt to an evolving environment.
