Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, applied artificial intelligence, product operations, or a hybrid builder role involving shipped artificial-intelligence-powered products or systems at scale.
  • Hands-on experience building with artificial intelligence, including prototyping, shipping, and iterating on artificial-intelligence tools, agents, or workflows.
  • Technical fluency with Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
  • Working knowledge of large language model concepts and systems, including prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation.
  • Ability to partner with sales, customer experience, finance, risk, and other business teams to understand challenges and deliver artificial-intelligence-powered solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep internal or external customers central when building technical systems.
  • Ability to write clear documentation, conduct internal training, and translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in data and artificial-intelligence evaluations, including judgment about when to trust quantitative results and when to use principles.
  • Ability to work autonomously through ambiguity with high ownership and a bias toward building.
Responsibilities
  • Build and ship artificial-intelligence agents and platforms that make customer experience operations faster, higher quality, and more reliable.
  • Own the development and deployment of internal artificial-intelligence products, agents, and automations, and drive adoption of artificial-intelligence-powered workflows across the customer experience team.
  • Define quality and accuracy standards and determine how artificial-intelligence agents and human operators should divide work across reactive and proactive customer experience motions.
  • Define the future of artificial-intelligence-powered operations and customer experience roles, and enable operations teams to use and improve Ramp’s internal artificial-intelligence stack.
  • Define frameworks for measuring artificial-intelligence agent and tool performance, and build dashboards, evaluation systems, quality-assurance checks, and feedback systems.
  • Partner with engineering on artificial-intelligence data reliability, shared artificial-intelligence skills at scale, and foundational operational and technical infrastructure challenges.
  • Package and communicate Ramp’s artificial-intelligence customer experience work through customer pitches, conferences, and content.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience managing small teams of technical or operational professionals.
  • Experience at high-growth startups, especially in fintech, enterprise software as a service, or domains requiring complex systems thinking.
  • Prior experience in internal enablement, change management, or rolling out new tools and workflows across an organization.
  • Familiarity with departmental workflows in sales, customer experience, finance, risk, human resources, or other operating teams.
  • Curiosity about commercializing internal artificial-intelligence work, including customer-facing artificial-intelligence agents, artificial-intelligence spend management, or converting operational learnings into products.

The platform supports multiple languages and uses usage-based billing, charging customers for actual phone time. Founded by Nishant Jain, Danny D. Leybzon and Shreyas Tirumala, Miravoice has between 10 and 20 customers including public opinion organisations, market research firms and private companies. The startup surpassed 100,000 calls in 2025 and expects significant growth this year, with some customers planning millions of calls annually after full deployment.

Ramp and Visa expand partnership to automate corporate payments with AI agents

Ramp acquires Billhop to expand into UK and European markets

Ramp, the financial operations platform, has acquired Billhop, a Stockholm- and London-based payments platform licensed in the UK and Sweden. The deal will enable Ramp to expand its services to UK and European businesses for the first time, with plans to onboard customers beginning this summer. Ramp will open its first international offices in London and Stockholm, with plans to more than double its UK team over the next 12 months. Nearly half of Ramp's existing customers already transact internationally across more than 180 countries weekly.
